Founder and CEO of inmarketing, a 30-person marketing agency. Entrepreneur, lecturer in postgraduate studies at the Poznań University of Economics, trainer, and consultant. Member of the Council of Entrepreneurs at the SME Ombudsman, the Wielkopolska Employers’ Association Lewiatan, the Business Council of the Poznań University of Economics, and the Polish Scientific Marketing Society. He has successfully led collaborations across a wide range of industries.

He heads the team, consults on projects, delivers training, and oversees the agency’s marketing efforts. He has worked with companies in construction, real estate development, legal and tax, e-commerce, training and education, and more. His broad professional experience also comes from working at Life Architect, a training and education company, where he built the e-marketing department from scratch. He also spent a year as a consultant with MADE Solutions, a gastronomy-focused agency, where he managed e-marketing and the overall sales strategy for gastronomy conferences in Poland.

From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a marketing consultant for Localscreens, a company focused on acquiring clients for advertising screen installations. He holds a degree in Business Communication from the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated on various projects with organizations including Al.Capone, GPW, ACCIONA Real Estate, TVP Sport, TU Warta S.A., Grant Thornton, Sport.pl, Senses Restaurant, PragmatIQ Law Firm, Kalasoft, Life Architect, Collegium Da Vinci, Poznań University of Economics, WSB Universities, WSH Wrocław, ODITK Group, Fabryka Opowieści, Świat AGD, Postal, Herding, Bigram S.A., Reiss Football Academy, and many more.

Privately, he is a happy husband and father of two. He is passionate about marketing, new technologies, biohacking, and the English Premier League. He believes in building win-win relationships.
